About OCRV Center

One building of 35,000 square feet at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887, holding structural, fiberglass, refinish, systems, interior and delivery under a single roof. The market this site serves is Eastvale, California, roughly about 20 miles away in Riverside County. Every repair happens in shop. Nothing travels to the vehicle.

One roof, because the alternative costs weeks

Most repairs on a recreational or commercial vehicle cross trades that a smaller operation has to subcontract. A collision on a coach damages laminate, framing, wiring and a compartment door in the same event. Fixing it requires a structural technician, a laminate technician, a refinish booth long enough to accept the unit, an electrician who understands both twelve volt and one hundred twenty volt systems, and somebody to reassemble the interior that came out to reach any of it.

When those trades live in different buildings, the vehicle travels between them, and every handoff costs days that appear on no invoice. Thirty five thousand square feet exists to remove those handoffs. Structural work, fiberglass and laminate, refinish, systems, interior and final delivery all happen in the same building, which is why a job here is scheduled as one continuous sequence rather than as a series of appointments at facilities somebody else controls.

Size also solves a duller problem, which is that these vehicles are large. A forty three foot coach with both rooms extended needs working clearance on four sides. A box truck with a raised liftgate needs vertical room. A booth that accepts a coach at length is a different structure than one built for passenger vehicles. A shop that cannot physically fit the unit will find a reason not to take the job, and owners in this segment have usually heard that reason several times before they arrive.

Why a Yorba Linda building serves Eastvale

Eastvale sits in Riverside County with I-15 running through it and the Limonite Avenue exit feeding most of the residential and industrial traffic. It is a city with an unusually high concentration of large vehicles per household and a growing base of contractors, delivery operators and mobile businesses running commercial bodies. What it does not have is a facility sized to repair any of them.

The drive is about 20 miles and takes 25 to 35 minutes by way of SR-71 south to SR-91 west, then Weir Canyon Road, or Green River Road when the 91 is heavy. Two trips over the life of a repair, one to drop off and one to collect. Everything in between is handled without the owner present, which is a deliberate operating decision rather than a convenience. Authorization, supplement approval, parts status and payment all move by phone and email, because asking somebody to move a forty foot unit five times during a six week repair is not a reasonable request.

The address is stated plainly on every page for the same reason. There is no second location, no satellite office and no drop point in Eastvale. A shop that implies local presence it does not have wastes an owner morning, and that particular disappointment arrives with a vehicle already on a tow truck.

Nothing travels to the vehicle either. All work is performed in shop at the Yorba Linda facility. No mobile, roadside or on-site service is offered. That limitation is stated up front because a substantial share of the work here requires a booth, a lift, a fixture or a controlled environment that cannot exist in a driveway. A shop offering both models is usually doing one of them badly.

Roles rather than names

This site publishes departments and what each one is responsible for. It does not publish individual names, biographies or photographs, because a repair is delivered by a process rather than by a personality, and staffing changes should not invalidate a page.

Writes the blueprint and owns the file

Estimating

Estimating meets the vehicle first and stays on the file through delivery. The department writes the opening estimate, plans teardown into the schedule, produces the photo record, and drafts and submits supplements when hidden damage appears. It also carries the conversation with the adjuster, which is where most claim delay actually happens. Collision estimates are complimentary. An RV systems estimate covering slides, awnings, water, electrical and generators is $150 and credits back against an authorized repair.

Chassis, framing, laminate and fabrication

Structural

Structural handles everything that carries load. Measured pulling on a rack, sectioning and welding aluminum or steel cage members, rebuilding laminated walls to a correct schedule, and fabricating brackets, mounts and frames that no longer exist as parts. The department works to measured reference points rather than to eye, and it documents before, during and after on the same points so a supplement can be defended. Nothing cosmetic starts until this department signs the unit off.

Color, blend, film build and finish quality

Refinish

Refinish reads color with a spectrophotometer, proves it on a cured sprayout card under two light sources, and plans blend fields into adjacent panels rather than cutting at a hard edge. The department also owns prep, which is where finish quality is actually decided. Cut and polish happens after the film has had time to gas out, not the afternoon it was sprayed. Graphics reproduction and custom layout work run out of the same department.

Twelve volt, one hundred twenty volt, plumbing and appliances

Systems

Systems covers everything that runs when the coach is parked. House battery banks, converters, inverters, solar and charge controllers, shore inlets and transfer switches, generator service, fresh and waste plumbing, water heaters, refrigeration, furnaces and roof air. The department also owns slide mechanism diagnosis and re-timing. Work is tested energized and under load before panels close, because a circuit that reads correct on a meter can still fail when the compressor starts.

Cabinetry, flooring, panels and upholstery

Interior

Interior rebuilds what water and impact destroy inside the vehicle. Cabinet carcasses and face frames in matching material, subfloor and finish flooring, wall and ceiling panels, countertops, dinette platforms and upholstery. The department works to the original construction method rather than the fastest one, because a patched cabinet base reads as a patch for as long as the coach exists. It also handles remodel and layout change work outside of claims.

Final inspection, testing and the owner walk

Delivery

Delivery is the last checkpoint and it has authority to send a unit back. Panel gaps get measured against the opposite side, finish is checked in raking light, water related work gets a sustained spray test with interior panels open, and drivable units come back from a road test that includes freeway speed. Then the owner walks the vehicle with the department. Items raised at that walk are handled as part of the job rather than opened as a new ticket.

What this building does and does not do

Nine service categories cover the work: collision and structural, fiberglass and delamination, paint and refinishing, body and glass and doors, roof and slide and awning, interior and remodeling, electrical and power and generators, plumbing and appliances and climate equipment, and custom fabrication and detailing. Sixty two individual services sit inside those categories, each with a published price band and a labor band.

Scope is body, paint, structural, fiberglass, interior and vehicle systems work. Engine rebuilds, transmission rebuilds, drivetrain work, DOT inspections and emission testing are not performed. Those exclusions are listed as prominently as the capabilities because scope confusion is expensive for everybody. An owner whose coach needs a chassis engine rebuilt needs a heavy truck facility, and the useful thing this shop can do is say that on the first call rather than after a tow.

Collision estimates are complimentary and insurance walk-ins are welcome. RV systems estimates covering slides, awnings, water, electrical and generators are $150, applied as a credit against an authorized repair. In depth diagnostic time bills one hour minimum at the posted diagnostic rate and is also credited against an authorized repair.

Insurance work is handled in house rather than referred out. Claim documentation, photograph sets, supplement packages and adjuster correspondence are treated as part of the repair rather than as paperwork somebody handles afterwards. Carriers are named on this site where relevant, always with a disclosure that naming a carrier indicates claim handling experience rather than affiliation or a direct repair agreement.
